Two reason. First, we want to confirm the identities of all customers prior to shipment. Secondly, your registration information allows us to process your orders. Use product search to find product that you would like to order. On the product information page, select "Create an Account" or "Login" if you have already registered. After entering a quantity, an item can be added to the shopping cart. "Continue Shopping" allow you to add more items to the cart. On "Proceed to Check Out" you will be asked to enter a few details regarding shipping and payment method. Once your payment successful, you will receive an email notification with your order number. With this number you will be able to track the status of your order. When your order is shipped you will be notified through an email notification.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. If for some reason you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to help you. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and packaged for shipment, we are unable to make any modification to the order including cancellations.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
